DalCol’s role in project management may cover a complete assignment or portions of a project. In either case the firm endeavors to control the progress so that the project is completed in the required time, on budget and to the specified quality.
Negotiating and conflict resolution;
Scheduling – e.g. building program on Gantt charts;
Resource allocation – using CPM Critical Path Method;
Monitoring and information systems;
Project control – control of performance, time and cost;
Termination of the project – service implementation and handing over to client;
