PROJECT MANAGEMENT

This service does not attempt to replace the traditional role of other consultants, but is an additional service provided where fast implementation and effective cost control are primary requirements.

DalCol’s role in project management may cover a complete assignment or portions of a project. In either case the firm endeavors to control the progress so that the project is completed in the required time, on budget and to the specified quality.

Project Planning,

Negotiating and conflict resolution;

Budgeting;

Scheduling – e.g. building program on Gantt charts;

Resource allocation – using CPM Critical Path Method;

Monitoring and information systems;

Project control – control of performance, time and cost;

Termination of the project – service implementation and handing over to client;
